Mindfulness

The evidence for the wide-reaching benefits of Mindfulness is rapidly growing. We were very fortunate that Joanne, one of our nurses, was able to see patients for Mindfulness consults, but with her recent departure to Wellington, we are happy to be able to refer to Dr Elizabeth Day, who offers a variety of different options from one-on-one sessions to small group work and larger group sessions.
