Please note that our opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our standard appointment time is fifteen minutes; however longer appointments can be booked if required. If you have more than two issues, please book a double appointment. If you do not book a double appointment and you have more than two issues you will be asked by the GP to book another appointment.
After hours urgent care clinic: This operates between the hours of 5.00pm and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a walk in service, no appointment is necessary.
Out-of-hours: We use Tui Medical for our urgent out-of-hours care. When you call our practice outside of our normal opening hours you will automatically be transferred to Tui Medical.
Test results
We do not routinely call or text our patients with normal results. You can view your results on Manage My Health, or you can call our Practice Nurse on 07 8274234. To sign up to Manage My Health please see one of our receptionists.
Forms and certificates
If you are wanting a form to be filled out or wanting to renew an ACC medical certificate you will need to make an appointment for review.

Non-Attendance Fees
Non-attendance for under 14s and patients with a CSC will be a $10.00 admin fee
Non-attendance for all others will be charged at $25.00

Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult
All fees are based on a single appointment, extended appointments may incur additional charges
All non-attendance fees will incur the above fee
Medical consumables will be charged separately
Lab forms requested without an appointment will incur a fee
Administration fee of $10.00 applies on accounts not settled on the day
Newly registered patients require a double appointment for their first visit. Double appointment fees apply
