Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions for certain regular medications may be issued â however note that the issuing of any prescription is at the doctor's discretion. Your doctor will tell you if an appointment is required.
If you have registered to use our patient portal, ManageMyHealth, you can request repeat prescriptions online. Please allow 48 hours for non-urgent prescriptions to be issued. Urgent prescription requests will incur an extra charge.

Repeat Prescription Fees & Processing Times
Effective Monday 24 November, our repeat prescription fees will change. We will no longer charge extra for sending your prescription directly to your pharmacy.

Standard prescription (pick up or sent to pharmacy): $20.00 or $18.00 for CSC holders
Urgent prescription (pick up or sent to pharmacy): $30.00 or $28.00 for CSC holders
Children under 14: Free

Non-urgent prescriptions: Ready after 48 hours
Urgent prescriptions: Ready within 24 hours
âšī¸ Eligibility & Requirements
Once you are stabilised on a medication, you may request a repeat prescription without needing to see your GP.
Repeat prescriptions are available only for enrolled patients on regular medications.
All patients must be seen annually for a medication review.

To ensure your prescription is processed before the holiday period:
Please request your prescription before Friday 19 December 2025
Prescriptions ordered after this date may not be processed until Monday 5 January 2026.
