New Payment Policy

Letter for our patients

We hope this letter finds you well. At Cambridge Family Health we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare in an efficient and seamless manner. To ensure the sustainability of our services and address outstanding balances, we are implementing a new payment policy.

Effective Monday 9th June all payments for consultations and treatments will be required before your appointment. This change is necessary to reduce unpaid accounts and ensure that we can continue offering quality care to all our patients.

To make this transition as convenient as possible, we offer multiple payment options, including EFTPOS, credit card, cash and online payments.

We understand that this adjustment may present a financial burden for some. To support our patients, we offer flexible payment plans to ensure everyone can continue accessing the care they need. Please reach out to our Practice Manager for assistance in setting up a suitable payment arrangement.
