Starting Monday 24 November, our repeat prescription fees will change. We will no longer charge extra for sending your prescription directly to your pharmacy.

💲 New Fees

• Standard prescription (pick up or sent to pharmacy): $20.00 or $18.00 for CSC holders

• Urgent prescription (pick up or sent to pharmacy): $30.00 or $28.00 for CSC holders

• Children under 14: Free

⏱ Processing Times

• Non-urgent prescriptions: Ready after 48 hours

• Urgent prescriptions: Ready within 24 hours

ℹ️ Eligibility & Requirements

• Once you are stabilised on a medication, you may request a repeat prescription without needing to see your GP.

• Repeat prescriptions are available only for enrolled patients on regular medications.

• All patients must be seen annually for a medication review.

📅 Holiday Reminder

To ensure your prescription is processed before the holiday period:

• Please request your prescription before Friday 19 December 2025

• Prescriptions ordered after this date may not be processed until Monday 5 January 2026.
