Learn more about the benefits of a lower carbohydrate diet and exercise for your health

We are very excited to be a part of this health night, which will also be raising money for KidsCan.

Dr Wood will be talking about the benefits of lower carbohydrate diets, and Mr Sandro Mota from STM Fitness, a local gym, will be talking about the benefits of high intensity interval training. You will also get to hear about the benefits of fermented foods for gut health and get to sample from the new low carb dishes at the Good Union.

It promises to be a fun and informative night.
