Manage My Health App: Have you Enrolled?

The ManageMyHealth Patient Portal enables you to review blood test results and order repeat prescriptions online. 

To improve access to results and prescriptions, we’re proud to be able to offer the Manage My Health portal to all patients at Cambridge Family Health.

Accessible via both web portal and mobile app, the service specialises in streamlining repeat prescriptions, plus giving you access to your own blood and some hospital test results.

This essentially means that if you require a repeat for ongoing medication, instead of having to phone us every time you can simply log a request through the Manage My Health app or website portal. It makes it simple, saves time, and is a great way to have your own health information on-demand. We will inform you how often you can request a repeat prescription for your particular medication without the need to see a GP.

Each person over 16 can have their own account, the portal is widely used in many practices throughout the country and it has been approved by the Ministry of Health for use in primary care.

How do I Sign Up?

To enrol for Manage My Health see one of our lovely receptionists and they can sign you up to the portal. The process takes a few minutes, and you can then activate your account when you get home.
