We were honoured to have a visit from our local MP, Louise Upston, last week. She was keen to have a look around the practice and also to learn more about the patient portal. We have found the portal to be a very helpful tool and we have received good feedback from those patients who use it. The Ministry of Health are certainly encouraging the use of portals as there is great evidence to show that they help to improve patient care. Come and have a chat to us to find out more.
