Our opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Our standard appointment time is fifteen minutes, however, longer appointments can be booked by prior arrangement.
Alongside our booked appointments we offer an urgent doctor service for patients who require urgent medical review. This service will run from 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. No booking is necessary and patients will be seen either on a first-come-first seen basis or on urgency of need.
This service is not to be used for repeat prescriptions or non-urgent medical issues.
Out-of-hours: We use Anglesea Clinic for our urgent out-of-hours care. When you call our practice outside of our normal opening hours you will automatically be transferred to Anglesea Clinic, which is located at the corner of Anglesea St and Thackeray St in Hamilton. DDI 07 858 0800
We are keen to establish lasting relationships with our patients and encourage enrolment to help facilitate this. Enrolment is simple. You can either download and complete the forms on the right, then drop them off to us at 2 Oliver St, or collect pre-printed forms from us. We'll take care of the rest!
We recommend all our newly enrolled patients have a preliminary assessment with our nurse prior to their first GP visit. We encourage all patients who have newly enrolled with us to ensure that their clinical notes from their previous GP practice are sent to us prior to booking their first appointment with us.

Extras: longer appointments, materials used and procedures unless covered by ACC, patient requests for blood tests, which are not initiated by a doctor, will also incur a charge.
Paperwork: there may be a charge for the completion of paperwork such as insurance documentation, if it is required to be completed outside of a booked patient appointment.
We encourage fees to be paid on the day. There will be a $15 administration fee added for non payment after five working days. If you would like to arrange an account with us please speak to one of our lovely receptionists.
