Happy Easter

We wish everyone a safe and happy Easter break. Hopefully this current storm will blow over soon! We will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday. Our lovely new GP, Dr Kerry Taylor, will be working at Anglesea clinic over the Easter break. She will be there from Good Friday through to Easter Monday from 9am to 12pm. Mindfulness

The evidence for the wide-reaching benefits of Mindfulness is rapidly growing. We were very fortunate that Joanne, one of our nurses, was able to see patients for Mindfulness consults, but with her recent departure to Wellington, we are happy to be able to refer to Dr Elizabeth Day, who offers a variety of different options from one-on-one sessions to small group work and larger group sessions. The Breast Screening bus is here

Spring is here, finally and with it comes the Breast Screening bus. The bus will be located in the car park behind the Senior Citizens Club on Milicich Street. This is a completely free service for ladies aged 45-69 years. The bus has been in Cambridge from 15 August and it will remain here until 18 November, so there is plenty of time to have your routine breast screen....

Patient portals

We were honoured to have a visit from our local MP, Louise Upston, last week. She was keen to have a look around the practice and also to learn more about the patient portal. We have found the portal to be a very helpful tool and we have received good feedback from those patients who use it.
